Items shipped from Wellness Warrior can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Process Exchange of an Unopened Product
Essential oils are eligible for an exchange within 30 days of receipt of product given they are unopened and undamaged. Buyer is responsible for returning all unopened product to Wellness Warrior. Product processed for exchange must be received by Wellness Warrior within 10 days of application. If items are not returned to Wellness Warrior within 10 days, Wellness Warrior reserves the right to refuse exchange and return the product to the customer at the customer's expense.
Essential oils that have been opened are not eligible for exchange unless there is a problem with the product, like spoilage or damage. In the case of damage, please read our Damaged Item Replacement Policy.

Diffusers are eligible to be returned for in-store credit. Once the return is processed, please return an item to Wellness Warrior within 10 days for full in-store credit. Once the item is received by Wellness Warrior, your in-store credit will be processed.
